AI Strategy Accelerator

Synopsis:
This executive-level strategy session is designed to help business and technology leaders cut through the AI hype and develop a practical, scalable roadmap for success. Attendees will explore why most GenAI initiatives fail to deliver meaningful ROI and what leading organisations do differently to unlock value.

Rather than a technical lab, this accelerator focuses on high-impact strategy through guided talks, facilitated group discussions, and peer collaboration. Across three hours (with breaks), participants will unpack the key pillars required for strategic AI adoption, culminating in a real-world use-case orchestration.

The event concludes with a live demonstration of agentic AI using Langflow and DataStax on Red Hat OpenShift AI, showing how responsible design, real-time data, and scalable architecture combine to create a fast path to business value and scalability.

  • Understand why GenAI alone is not enough to deliver enterprise value.
  • Learn what your teams need to achieve for an AI-ready foundation through governance, data, and platform.
  • Define or refine an actionable AI strategy tailored to your organisation’s maturity.
  • See how agentic AI works in practice through a real-world demo.
  • Leave with a practical execution blueprint and post-event strategic resources.

Target Audience: This session is ideal for senior executives, technology strategists, and C-level leaders responsible for AI, digital transformation, or innovation initiatives. No technical background is required; this event is focused on strategic outcomes and business impact.
