The Hidden Cost of Inequity: - The Urgent Need for Genuine Inclusivity in New Zealand's Tech Sector
This study investigates employee perceptions of gender diversity, leadership, work‐life balance, discrimination, career development, and compensation within the technology sector. By combining quantitative survey data from 189 respondents with qualitative insights from in‐depth interviews, the study provides a comprehensive view of underlying systemic challenges affecting women and gender‐diverse professionals.
